THOUGHT FIELD THERAPY CASE NOTES - James’ Story
After losing his mother, James’ life had never been the same. James is a 50-year-old successful politician in the prime of his life. But the death of his mother has left him traumatised. She died in his arms when he was a young child. His grief has always been at the back of his mind
and has haunted him for years. His grief was extremely strong and dominated his every thought.
By using Thought Field Therapy, his pain and grief was eliminated in a short space of time. Soon after therapy, James said: 'Its time to move forward and I feel like a massive weight has been lifted of my shoulders'. He later explained how memories of his mother were now much clearer. Naseem’s Story
Naseem adored her younger sister. One day she was fine, that evening she complained of pains and
within hours she was rushed into hospital and later died. Images of her sister’s final moments have haunted Naseem for years. She struggled to get beyond those painful memories. To deal with her grief she blocked out all memories of her sister, including the happy ones.
After attending a session of TFT, Naseem said: 'The image I had of my sister at her death bed has gone; I cannot see it any more'. |
